Creating Your Inner Sanctuary: The Art of Feeling

Creating inside a vacuum of your own choosing, anything you desire. Feel exactly as you'd like to feel. Visualize this in your imagination, focusing solely on your feelings, without concentrating on any particular topic, subject, or circumstance. Allow only the feelings of spaciousness, calm, and contentment to permeate your vacuum.

From this space, you can carefully add a pinch at a time of what keeps you feeling calm and content. Add what you want or nothing at all. Remain in this gentle, positive space for as little as 17 seconds. That is all it will take for your own internal universe to take over, flooding your feeling state, cocooning and cushioning that feeling with more.

Once your vacuum of space is set and surrounded by abundance, you may allow more of that to flow into your experience as you desire, a little at a time. Once practiced, the feeling of contentment can flow more freely, like opening the flow of a spigot. You may determine the source of the flow, but even better is to allow the universe to deliver what is desired, known by you in your subconscious, without reservations or doubts, flowing effortlessly toward your vacuum.

This may be unknown to your frontal, analytical mind, but it is known to you intuitively. It is all there for you; allow it to flow. Practice your connection to your source, and all will flow to you. Allow it in, as you are in control of the flow. Seventeen seconds is all it takes—the power of feeling into your now. Settle and allow the flow. Flood your entire being with the feeling of well-being. You are loved. Feel your way.
