Exploring Unknown Streams using Joy as your Navigation

Each gentle breath is like a feather floating in the breeze, with no effort or agenda as to where it may land. Flowing with the stream of wellness is effortless, without worry about the outcome or where you will ultimately land. This is not to say you don’t have dreams and desires, but how you feel about them is what matters in order for them to flow into your existence.

Flowing downstream and enjoying each bend in the stream, you can notice and relish each surprise along the way, guiding you to exactly where you have designed, whether you realize it or not. Synchronicities are signs of recognition; you may acknowledge and appreciate them as affirmations that you are on the right path. When on a voyage to unknown destinations, the explorer has no idea of the encounters they will meet, but they appreciate each experience as it builds on the next. One encounter leads to another.

This is how it is in your life. Allow one experience, one step on your path, to build upon the next. Your levels of happiness, joy, and recognition of being on the right path are revealed through each encounter along the way. None are isolated events. There are layers upon layers that build and bring more and more. You may think you’ve reached your endpoint, your ultimate goal, and placed your flag in the ground, but if you are able to zoom back, you will see it is just a marker on the trail of an never-ending path.

Place markers mentally and figuratively along your path. Recognize each one and express gratitude as you move along the way. Joy is the key to unlocking the next level of pure joy that is unknown to you. How could you know it gets better than the best known? It isn’t possible, but know that it does. All is working out for you, and each stop along the way is merely a respite, a place for recoup and rest before guiding you onward.
