Flowing with Energy: The Freedom of Uncontained Living

The tip of the iceberg is what you are receiving if you attempt to put energy into a box. It may be how it is packaged in order to be received for new and nimble sources, or it is the beginning of the opening. However, it may not be contained, cajoled, or altered. Energy is pure; there is no good or bad, only wanted or unwanted by the receiver.

You may attract or catch a snippet of a wave and focus on it, defining or cataloging that one small section, but it has moved and changed and will never be that again. It is all in your perception. It may be useful to identify the source, but not to contain it. Ride freely; flow freely on the waves. Anything other than that is akin to applying a brake to a fast-moving wheel that is constant in its power, force, and flow.

What seems that you attract, you are actually attracted to. You will gravitate or move toward what feels good to you, or you may hold yourself, contain yourself, or attempt to do so in a place that you try to analyze with your conscious mind. It may work for you, but it is paltry and minuscule compared to what you will flow to effortlessly if you allow yourself to flow.

Ride the waves; go with the flow. Do what feels good or gives you the feeling of pleasure—the next right step. Teach that rather than containment. Teach following your passions and the individual, internally guided feelings rather than formulas that are staid or have worked for others. All changes, and each gathering, pinpoint, or collected group of energy is ever-moving and flowing. Rather than attempting to keep or contain, flow without borders and boundaries to reach and flood your area of influence, your piece of the puzzle. Let your cup overflow. Uncontained.
