Introspection: The Journey of Self Discovery
Introspection is not interrogation. Internal introspection is soft and gentle, never demanding that you reach any particular point. It is the gentle opening of what is available to you, much like the soft and subtle blooming of a flower. It involves noticing without the glare of a magnifying glass or a point of focus trying to find something wrong, rather than allowing what is right or natural to occur. The flower doesn’t force or will its petals to open; they simply do.
The same applies to you and your understanding of how energetic frequency and flow work. It serves you best when left to flow gently and smoothly without interruption. You may decide to ride with the flow or sit on the banks and observe its beauty before recognizing its strength and consistency in its offering. Recognizing that all is flow, you can choose which stream you want to flow with. They all flow smoothly and consistently, taking you on a ride of enjoyment that leads you to yet another.
Each stream has its own flow, never judging one above, below, beside, or around the others. Each has its purpose and destination or point of arrival. It only requires your choice—or rather, recognition and awareness—that you have the option of riding with ease to where you desire.
Imagine being in a busy train station: you've bought your ticket, yet it may take several transfers to reach your destination. The ticket is not timestamped, so you have the ability to wait until you feel the urge or inquisitiveness to begin the journey. Take your time, as it’s your construct only. Choose which train you want to ride and enjoy it without concern or care for the next steps in reaching your destination or the idea that you are late. You are never late.
The game you laid out for yourself is ready for you to play. Like a game purchased but waiting for the moment you felt right to explore, it’s time to reveal its contents and dive in. Have fun in the unwrapping, examining the pieces, and laying it all out. You can play by your own rules as long as you enjoy and relish each step of the way.
The game of life is yours to play; there is no right or wrong, no end—only the experience. You win every time, as it is a never-ending and ever-expanding journey. Once opened, the game itself expands, moving one step ahead as it grows with your own thoughts and desires. Love the life you create. You are exactly where you are supposed to be.
