Navigating Resistance: Trusting Your Inner Guidance
Resistance is a guidepost or directional pull only. It is only when you continue on a path you’ve set forth for yourself that resistance gives even more pressure or strain, calling you back to your intended path. Resistance occurs only when you’ve strayed too far against the parameters you’ve set, so that all the slack and freedom to wander have been used in all directions, making the pull become painful—either emotionally, which are always the first signals of variance from your path, or physically, which are stronger signals calling you back to your wider path.
You may even breach the variance so far as to seem to have severed the cords of guidance, but that is not possible. That is when you may feel isolated and alone or find yourself in such physical pain or situations that you wonder how you even navigated there. What may seem accidental is not. It is guidance; albeit it may not seem gentle, it is your own guidance from the you that laid out the game of life to begin with.
Release and surrender to YOU, and you will return. You will be reminded that you are always held. Test your boundaries as much as you want. Feel the pull or tensions. Trust the emotions before the physical. Life is an intense game. Trust yourself, your intuition, your guidance, and your knowing. Feel the truth in the form of resonance. Once you are aware, you will know immediately when you veer.
It is still your free will to go where you want and experience what you want. Follow your own internal guidance and trust. You may soar, or you can try. Trying is the effort of your humanity and is encouraged. Releasing and allowing is flying without effort. Feel the difference and choose your own path.
