Navigating Uncertainty: Embracing the Journey Within

When your physical circumstances feel unsure and unsteady, give them a rest. The comfort you seek is always available to you at any point in time, which is only now. The shakiness or unsteady feeling you experience when wading into new territory or different waters is as certain as any place where you have stood on solid ground. It may feel a bit different, but be assured that even in these unfamiliar moments, your support is always there.

If you feel hesitant or tentative, understand that you are meant to take a pause and consider—not in danger or worry, but simply in movement. Stillness is just taking a breath and fully coming into your own, even if the waters gently flow past. You can become steady and sure in this pause, as if you are fortifying your vessel so that when you move forward, you are prepared for rough seas. They will be there, but you will be ready.

Take a moment to gain your sea legs and a feeling of satiety before pulling up your anchor and sailing on a sure, direct course. Enjoy the voyage, the surroundings, the kiss of the wind, and the warmth of the sun’s blanket around you while sailing to distant and foreign lands to deliver barrels of wares. This journey is for your pleasure, nothing else. What others do with the goods is not your concern, as it will seep into the cracks of even the driest soil. Not everything will sprout, but those that do will flourish.

Keep moving once you’ve ported, restocked, and refueled. Enjoy your time at sea and on shore. It isn’t necessary or preferable to take every vessel going by. Rather, build your own vessel of comfort and sail at your pleasure.
