Navigating Your Path: Finding Clarity and Direction

The formula or path of others may be a good place for you to begin if they are headed in the direction of your desire. Following a set path, or energetic trail, if it offers relief, curiosity, or a sense of giddy joy, is good to step in the direction of. Always trusting in your own guidance.

Rise above any feelings of pull one way or another until you feel a sense of nothingness or calm to gain your footing or get a sense of direction you’d like to head or feel drawn toward. Rising above entails removing yourself from any hot situation or burning felt that is not wanted. A burning desire may feel good if it feels attainable; yet, when in feelings of isolation, fear, or heaviness, it may seem out of reach.

Gently remind, and notice the buildup of that word, re-mind, yourself to look inward and feel relief that is available to you. Whether in slumber or in gentle focus of interest, do that. Whether intently focusing on the empire of an ant and watching its trials and struggles as it moves one piece of matter to another, seemingly with great effort and direction, it may provide the relief you seek.

Know that from a higher vantage point, all situations you find yourself in look like that. It is only when drawn down, zoomed in, and focused on anything that it emotes strong emotions in any direction. Remove yourself; rise above until the energy in motion within your physical body wanes. Stay there until you move your focus ever so slightly or abruptly in another direction.

Follow others who are where you’d like to feel and be until you get your sense of assuredness and can feel your path again. Follow your good feeling path or even better feeling path to recalculate and re-emerge on your path of beauty.
