The Frequency of Emotions: Understanding Your Vibrational Impact

Waves of frequency, whether from the ocean, radio, Wi-Fi, or interstellar sources, are constant and flow regularly. These waves are only known to you because of the receiving methods that allow your 3D senses to perceive them. Waves are emitted from all things, beings, and what you may consider inanimate objects, but you are not equipped to receive all of them, so they do not affect you in a way that you are aware of.

However, the waves that you emit and receive through your physical body—your cells—do receive, interpret, and react to these frequencies, often without your acknowledgment or awareness. Once you become aware, you may decide how to receive or not. You are emitting at a certain frequency, which is influenced by your emotional state. Stronger but lower vibrational waves, which may feel heavy, are emitted when you are angry or in a low vibe. Conversely, light and airy frequencies are emitted by you and can be felt by anyone nearby who is receptive.

If someone is near you but not in tune with the vibrations you are emitting, they may feel annoyed, as your frequency could be too far off from their own. This discomfort may manifest as a tickle or a buzz, prompting them to want to move away physically. Notice the effects you have on others, as well as how others' emissions affect you physically. Pay attention to how these frequencies feel in your body, just to notice or catalog them.

Your perception is affected by the clear mirror of the level at which you are vibrating. You can adjust your frequency at will, even in small increments. Notice your surroundings, as like attracts like; this serves as a good indicator of your vibrational emissions. Have fun with it and know that you are in control of your own transmissions. Enjoy!
