The Subconscious Filtration System
The cells of your body act as a constant filtration and storage system, sorting information to be retrieved when desired. The subconscious mind orchestrates and organizes all, determining what will remain and what will be released, much like a well-trained organizational strategist. Some information obtained is filtered and released, as is all information you receive, even in your cognitive state. What is pertinent to you—your purpose, your becoming—will remain.
All information you receive in your waking state either resonates or it doesn’t. Some is stored for later analysis, while others are released. Still, other information may remain as an opposition or resistance, at odds with other settled cells, ideas, or beliefs held. Those new concepts or thoughts that oppose what you’ve held will, unless filtered and flushed, act as a lubricant to open or pry loose staid beliefs. Much like hot water or lubricant applied to a rusted lid, it may, if held and continuously applied, release such holds.
The contents of the closely held belief will be able to open and reintegrate with the rest of the cells, allowing them to flow and flourish with the sea of other newly introduced cellular information. Continuous additions of ideas or concepts keep your mind, body, and spirit alive and engaged—interested and interesting. The contents of long-held beliefs, like the case of a stored jar, will actually deepen and enhance the newly introduced information.
You are unique and present, receiving information that makes it unique to you. Hold or store what feels right, and release what doesn’t. Your entire mind, body, and system will benefit from such thought challenges.
