Awakening Your Inner Power: The Journey of Self-Healing
Healing begins and ends with self. It starts with self-awareness of your abilities. This is not to say that you should not seek outside help, whether from the spiritual realm or through your vibrational abilities; in fact, you should. That is the beginning of the process.
If you instead place your complete faith and trust in outsiders—doctors, gurus, or anything else other than your own innate abilities—you may be prolonging your journey and, in some cases, entirely missing the point. Your internal universe responds to you first and foremost. If you give away your ability, or rather do not activate it, your abilities will remain dormant, like a gift never opened or a wellspring never tapped.
Your internal universe, through whatever means you label it, your vibrational and ethereal connection to all that is, to Source, is your power. Your strength and resolve come from opening the pathways to this connection and allowing the flow of goodness and everything you desire to flow to and through you. This power is far greater than that of someone disconnected from the Source. The connection is ever-present and beaming; you either move away from it or put up a shield to avoid receiving it. This disconnection will not feel good. You may have grown accustomed to not feeling great and, therefore, may not recognize your off-centeredness.
Begin by simply being still. Allow your mind to go offline so that your power can connect. Doubt and persistent resistance will keep you from your true self. Lose the doubt by asking yourself, "What could it hurt?" The answer is nothing. What could you gain? Everything.
Set aside any thoughts, beliefs, and people who have protected you from the power that is innately yours. Trust your inner strength once you’ve begun the flow; it will then increase in momentum, as will your beliefs. Adjust only slightly, and you will reap the benefits. Practice often and begin the transition into your good feeling place, which is yours by birthright. Enjoy the process.
