Nurturing your Energy: the Power of Your Breath for Self Care
Clearing the air and your energetic aura begins with the breath. Imagine using your breath as the cleansing tool and agent, coming into your system and traveling, only by the force of your lungs, throughout your entire internal system as well as your auric field. Breathe deeply until you know you have cleaned into each crevice and all hidden areas. Consider it spring cleaning, but for your system.
All systems require some downtime and maintenance but work more efficiently with regular routine maintenance. If done regularly, then complete system overhauls and shutdowns are not required except on a scheduled and expected basis. Your system, energetically, runs all of your physical and emotional functions and requires care at a minimal level, similar to what you would give your electronic devices. Show the same level of interest and care in yourself as you do for your most loved possessions.
Unplanned system reboots, meaning required service, can be interruptive and may cause stress by leaving you without your system, phone, computer, or whatever device is being serviced. It is much better to maintain regularly. The same applies to your physical body. If cared for regularly through the right input, and most importantly, the often-overlooked mental and energetic input, you will minimize downtime.
Stress and the influences of food, drink, and other energies that you've allowed to affect you are like running a system continuously without maintenance. Aren’t you worthy of the care you give your devices? Yes, you are. Take the time to breathe—intentionally and deeply—into every crevice of your body. Send the white light of pure energy, available to you at all times, in for repair and maintenance. This will prevent the downtime of mental or physical breaks, as all will be repaired whether planned or not.
Your internal being will warn you or alert you to the need and will continue with stronger signals if ignored. Ignoring the signals and not caring for your own energy will result in unplanned and unnecessary downtime. Heed the small nudges and signs, and use your breath for continuous daily care. Listen to your body and maintain it regularly. The energy is the overall system source and is more important than even the movement you may offer. Care for your energy.
