The Spiral of Energy: Focusing on Forward Motion and Growth

There are definite patterns to energy, patterns that, as you progress or advance, move in a spiral fashion outward and seemingly upward. However, if there is a strong pattern of energy or a clump of energy that you have experienced, you may still be drawn to it, even in your advancement.

Consider the rings formed when a rock or pebble is dropped into water; they may seem like a single layer, but they are actually multidimensional, just like the advancing spiral mentioned earlier. If a strong pattern is left on your vibrational trail, you may be pulled toward it like a magnet as you spiral past, even on a different level.

Think of yourself as the needle on a record, spiraling outward rather than to the centerpoint. If the needle has moved past a line but encounters a scratch or bump, it may feel pulled back to that vibrational rut, resulting in a repeat or skip. In this analogy, you represent the needle and may feel drawn back toward that scratch or energy mass from a previous rotation. This is why certain dates, holidays, or places may hold an energetic feeling that you have assigned or left behind.

It isn’t necessary to relive or feel those energies as you pass by, whether in terms of a date or a physical location. Instead of harking back to what may have been left behind—whether it was a good or undesirable feeling from that previous round—you can choose to focus on the outward spiral, what you might call the future.

If the feeling was cherished or desired, of course, focus on it, as it will help you move toward the outward vibrational rings. However, if it holds any unwanted energetic residue, it’s best to turn away—physically, mentally, and energetically. Avoid the repetitive "skip" in the record or the cyclical vibrational round.

Look figuratively outward and upward. Do this physically as well: face the sky with your arms in the air. This will help you avoid repetitive rounds, allowing you to enjoy the spiral of your life.
