The Transformative Power of the S Breath: Connecting Within and Without

The letter S is symbolic of the flow of life. Although the other half of the S is not visible to your eyes, it is there and is completing the rotation. The sound produced when drawing out the S is important; it may serve as a governor valve for your breath, helping to slow the flow and enabling you to pay attention to and recognize the importance of your breath.

On several subsequent breaths, if you use the sound of the letter S on the exhale, you are activating the vagal nerve within you, which is very important for your physical body. It acts like the conductor of the symphony that your cells and organs pay attention to and follow. When there is no conductor or a lazy conductor, individuals performing their own duties may believe they are doing their best, but their efforts may not coordinate or be conducive to the whole environment. Wouldn’t you want the entire system to work together for the benefit of all?

Activate within by using the S breath, and your body will heat up and begin the performance of a lifetime. Practice, as with any instrument. The cells will remember, brush up all the instruments, and soon be in peak performance condition. All are awakening to abilities that have been dormant for eons and will begin forming outer connections through the inner beaming occurring throughout societies. Connections with plants and trees, as well as with the animal kingdom, are taking place.

Trust the process, trust your knowing, and feel more than think. Your cognition will allow and take a backseat so that the synapses functioning within are firing and connecting. Your only job is to breathe and enjoy all the new encounters while sensing the fields of recognition of the old. Like a balloon gently losing air, slow your exhales and enjoy the process.
