Transform through Release
Clearing the air in your immediate vibrational vicinity may be achieved through feeling the vibration alone, yet it may take practice to reach that level of mastery. Initially, it will benefit you to raise your arms in the air, acting as antennae to catch another wave of intention—a different stream of thought that is coursing by. You won’t need to feel for it tactilely with your physical senses; instead, your internal being and, in turn, your cellular particles will feel and reach for the nearest, best feeling wave to catch.
Much like hailing a taxi for a ride, you will be transported subconsciously from your current level of vibrational cluster, which may seem, and indeed be, stuck—a bit like a glitch in the matrix or a scratch on a record. Deep breathing while raising your arms amplifies the antenna effect. Try this whenever you become aware that you may be in a repetitive pattern that is unpleasant or bringing you a sense of dis-ease.
Once you’re released from the wash of repetition, you may softly breathe and float, if you allow yourself that resonance, to a stream that suits your desires and leads you back to your intended course.
